Job Description:

Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa dinamica e motivata da inserire in stage come Customer Service Intern con attività di supporto al magazzino.

Requisiti principali:

• Supporto nella gestione ordini, spedizioni e resi
• Gestione delle richieste clienti via telefono, e-mail e chat
• Aggiornamento database e reportistica

• Collaborazione con il team di magazzino per:

        Ricezione e controllo merce

               Preparazione ordini e imballaggio

               Inventario e sistemazione scaffali

• Gradita minima esperienza come impiegato/a di magazzino (ma non obbligatoria)
