Overall leadership in handling technical issues within the industry, pre-sales testing support, major project delivery, initial deployment assurance, quality control of network, product feature verification, and serviceability validation to ensure smooth project delivery.<br/> </li> <li>Manage network change security and key network maintenance, address major technical risks and issues, and ensure the implementation of delivery and maintenance strategies. This includes but not limited to integrating non-standard versions, network analysis and reporting, network switchover testing, eliminating network risks, developing and practicing emergency plans, to ensure stable network operation.<br/> </li> <li>Develop capability development goals, plans, and strategies for product technical engineers (in-house, ASPs, distributors, integrators), and implement personnel echelon building. Support the transfer of capabilities to partners.</li> </ul><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong><br/> </p><ul> <li>Proactive, responsible person with strong execution skills, accountable for work results and quality.<br/> </li> <li>Excellent communication skills, ability to actively communicate and collaborate with internal pre-sales teams, R&amp;D personnel, and external partners and ecosystem partners on technical support.<br/> </li> <li>Proficient in routers, switches, firewalls, WLAN, and other data communication equipment; familiar with common data communication protocols such as VXLAN, SRv6, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS VPN, BGP EVPN, and familiar with backbone, campus, data center, and WAN solutions.<br/> </li> <li>Capable of managing small teams, leading virtual teams to plan effectively and successfully achieve objectives.<br/></li> <li>Possess network design and planning capabilities, ability to independently complete project design and implementation plans.<br/> </li> <li>Strong learning and summarization skills, with a deep understanding of business.<br/> </li> <li>Have a problem diagnosis mindset, capable of independent fault diagnosis, and able to diagnose and troubleshoot network issues.</li> </ul><p><strong><br/></strong><strong><br/></strong><strong>What We Offer: </strong>We offer you an exciting professional career in one of the leading and fastest growing multinational telecommunication companies, challenging work and a competitive salary package.
