Join us as an Enterprise Services Senior Specialist
Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting for an ES Senior Specialist to join our Enterprise Services team. In this role the specialist will perform high-level specialized Enterprise Services duties daily including activities such as answering client inquiries, providing internal administrative support and supplemental reception support. In addition to these activities the ES Specialist will conduct research and written communication for BBH historical requests & design, organize and conduct history tours/presentations.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
Administrative/Client Service Support
- Provide Superior Client Service
- Build relationships and promote services with internal departments
- Reception Support- Greet Clients, answer telephone calls, take messages, respond to questions and direct callers to appropriate parties as necessary
- Process department invoices and follow appropriate local procedure
- Oversight of department website
- Provide firmwide support on concur application
- Security coordinator
- Administrative oversight of conference room databases
- Assist in oversight of recorded phone lines
- Provide coverage for the firms main switchboard
- Assist management with monthly reporting metrics
- Vendor management
Enterprise Operations Support
- Participate in and seek functional and cross training opportunities as approved by the Supervisor
- Perform various other related duties as requested/required to facilitate the productivity of the department
- Gain efficiencies to improve individual productivity
- Contribute to Division or Firm process improvement activities
- Conduct research and written communication for BBH historical requests
- Acquire, store and exhibit collections
- Select themes and design for communications and exhibits
- Design, organize and conduct tours/presentations
Risk Management
- Help to identify and document errors in an effort to reduce exposure
- Ensure all area procedures are updates and documented
- Communicate professionally and constructively to effectively resolve issues in order to minimize risk and exposure
Other
- Gain efficiencies to improve individual productivity
- Contribute to Division or Firm process improvement activities
- Assist in the development and production of monthly management reporting
- Provide support on department projects as requested
- Assist team members with day to day activities when needed/providing backup.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative/project support experi
