Duties & Role:
The CIS Security Assistant is bound to register the time in hours required to complete the following deliverables:
- Meeting minutes for: CISA2, Test Readiness Review (TRR) and team meetings:
- Meeting preparation and coordination with stakeholders;
- Meeting minutes;
- Follow-up on actions.
- Up-to-date collaborative portal for supporting security accreditation processes
- Up-to-date planning calendar for ST&V and SA.
- Up-to-date collaborative portal for tracking CIS Security risks and waivers including associated action items.
- Up-to-date CIS Security Remediation Tracker for identified vulnerabilities
- Processing all require physical and logical access requests in the relevant toolsets for approximately 150 staff.
Requirements
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- Experience working in environments with multiple classified networks;
- A high level of experience in coordinating security-related activities and complex discussion concerning IT requirements, technical solutions and security aspects;
- Experience in planning and coordinating security tests and security accreditation process;
- Experience in writing minutes with focus on CIS technical and security matters;
- Excellent understanding of the CIS Security related terminology;
- Experience with MS-Office Suite, MS-Visio and MS-SharePoint.
Highly desired expertise:
- Previous work experience in international organizations, such as NATO, or specialized Defence Industry;
- Knowledge of NATO CIS Security Policy, Directive and Guidance;
- ITIL Certification;
- Project Management certification.
Candidate must have the following competencies or personal attributes:
- Language Skills – Good oral and writing skills in one of the two official NATO languages are essential. A working knowledge of the other is highly desired. Most of the work of the NCI Agency is conducted in the English language;
