We have positions immediately available for a motivated individual to provide Computer Systems Administration support to one of our Navy customers.

This position is on-site at our Perry, GA office.
- Research and maintain three quotes for GSA support on all Other Direct Cost items as requested by government personnel.
- Receive and maintain incoming deliveries for procurement services.
- Consolidate and prepare shipments/proper documentation for Procurements deliveries.
- Data entry of all government owned asset purchases into secondary databases required for Government tracked assets.
- Assist warehouse team with coordinating procurement shipments.
- Manager inventory and storage of office supplies.
- Manage and maintain shipping documentation for all procurement items.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Ability to accept direction and modify tasks based on level of priority as assigned.
- 1 - 2 years general administrative experience is preferred.
Essential Job Requirements (not all-inclusive)
- Executes required supporting documentation to justify Other Direct Cost purchases.
- Assist and support purchasing team as needed.
- Stock and maintain office supplies to ensure smooth, daily operation.
- Assist in quarterly office events as directed by Human Resources.
- Maintain all data entry of new government purchased assets in secondary database.
Salary Range: $30,000 - $35,000 annually.
