Department Overview

The Mobile Video Deployment and Integration team delivers video solutions to the public safety market (911, Police, Fire, EMS). The team integrates mobile video applications with features and functionality to deliver products and solutions that make our customers the best they can be in the Moments that Matter.

Job Description

The Cloud Provisioning Specialist is responsible for provisioning the cloud components related to the Mobile Video Evidence Library and Command Central platforms. Their goals are to maximize our customer’s onboarding experience with Motorola Solutions mobile video products (Dash Cameras, Body Cameras and Evidence Management Software).

Responsibilities

• Manage requests for components to be provisioned in the cloud

• Analyze processes and design efficiencies

• Collaborate with back office team, deployment group and project managers for delivery

• Utilize internal systems/applications to fulfill provisioning requests

• Experience with Azure Cloud based applications

• Experience with office tools (i.e. GSuite, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory environments

• Experience with basic networking/firewall configuration

• Familiarity with creation/management of Azure resources (Virtual Machines)

Qualification:

• Working towards a Bachelor's OR Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers

Basic Requirements

• Working towards a Bachelor's OR Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with a graduation date in or after December 2024.

• Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
