The Academic Program Manager for the Center on Faith and Justice, McCourt School of Public Policy, Georgetown University, is responsible for the creation, planning, implementation, and funding of a variety of academic program offerings. This programming may include annual summer academy, student fellowship, credit bearing coursework, certificate or minor curriculum, and workshops/trainings. The academic programs that this position will develop will be a key pillar of the Center’s work. The academic programming will be for Georgetown students and community, seminary and divinity students, clergy, and the broader public. Duties include but are not limited to:
Administer and run the student fellowship and summer academy programs.
Conduct fundraising activities for all academic programs.
Develop new academic programming.
Oversee the financial and administrative activities of the academic programs.
Work Interactions
The focus of this position is on the creation, planning, implementation, and funding for a variety of academic program offerings. This role reports to the Executive Director and Faculty Director and works closely with the Communications and Administrative staff of the Center on Faith and Justice.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Master’s degree
At minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
Prior working experience in university or academic administration
Knowledge of seminaries and divinity schools nationwide
Excellent collaborative abilities are required
Strong initiative with the ability to work independently and in an entrepreneurial manner

Pay Range:
The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:
$47,586.00 - $87,558.13Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs and external factors.
