You will focus on fostering clear and consistent communication channels to inform, engage, and align employees with the organisation's goals, values, and initiatives.

The Opportunity
The Director, HR Communications, leads the strategy and execution of communications for the People & Inclusion organization, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. This role leads the communications team and shapes integrated communication strategies that advance priorities, enhance employee understanding and engagement, and align with enterprise objectives.
Bringing deep knowledge across the People & Inclusion portfolio—including talent, rewards, learning, culture, leadership, employee experience, and organizational change—this leader applies strong business judgment to balance stakeholder needs and firm priorities. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on development of clear, compelling communications.
You will partner closely with senior HR leaders, including direct support of C-suite stakeholders, to translate priorities into coordinated messaging and communication plans. Success requires exceptional writing and editing skills, sound judgment in navigating complex and sensitive topics, and the ability to deliver impactful communications across channels.
Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of integrated communication strategies for the People & Inclusion organization
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, shaping messaging and positioning aligned to business and people priorities
• Translate complex or sensitive topics into clear, concise, and compelling communications for a range of audiences
• Develop and deliver communication plans, messaging, and content that bring strategies and initiatives to life
• Drive collaborations across HR and firm communications teams to establish and confirm alignment, consistency, and effective execution
• Manage high-priority and sensitive communications with sound judgment and discretion
• Drive adoption of modern communication approaches, including the use of AI tools to enhance effectiveness and scale
• Overseeing the consistency of voice, messaging, and narrative across initiatives and channels
