Role Description

Form Energy is hiring  a dedicated Construction Coordinator to work cross-functionally with teams such as procurement and finance to ensure administrative tasks for construction are complete and detailed. Responsibilities include coordinating and tracking site rental equipment, creating operational coordination maps and preparing and tracking purchase requests. You will assist Superintendents and Project Managers with scheduling, meeting notes and general administrative tasks. .

This opportunity is based out of Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV. Relocation assistance is available.

What you'll do:

• Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain & Finance to prepare, submitting, & track construction purchase requisitions. 

• Upload & systemize work orders, change orders, & purchase orders as they are received from Procurement.

• Create operational coordination maps using Bluebeam. 

• Order and maintain inventory for factory and construction supplies. 

• Track and upload the status of construction rental equipment that is on-site. 

• Maintain and enforce safety protocols and procedures. 

• Monitor and maintain contracts and general paperwork.  

• Document and maintain weekly meeting notes. 

• Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure administrative tasks for construction are complete and detailed.

What you'll bring:

• 0-2 years of experience in site coordination and/or construction 

• Demonstrated experience in resource allocation and schedule tracking  

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs       

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
