Our GBS is looking for a Global Procurement Services Trainee to be based in Santa Maria da Feira

  

The main missions of the role are:

• • Support Buyers in issues resolution and system setup (SAP Ariba and SAP) – strategy application, contracts, RFQ’s, invoice management, etc.
  • Maintain product and supplier master data
  • Support user in the day-to-day use of Ariba by explaining and applying the P2P process and rules
  • Ensure compliance with Faurecia purchasing procedure

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• High school, Degree in business school or purchasing related
• Ability to communicate in English
• Knowledge of French, Spanish or German is a Plus
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Analytical mindset
• Data cruncher
