We are searching for the best talent for Quality Technician NPD to be in Irvine, California.
Responsibilities:
Supports engineering activities focused on developing of testing to challenge catheter design or manufacturing.
In a laboratory or manufacturing environment, test catheters based on engineering designs following standard test methods and protocols to support NPD prototype testing, verification and validation, and characterization testing.
Follow written procedures to visually, dimensionally, mechanically and electrically test products for conformance to specifications. Using inspection tools such as microscopes, pin gauges, micrometers, calipers and scales. As well as inspection for completeness and accuracy of documentation.
Troubleshoots defective products during development/testing phases as well as products which have been returned by customers to resolve root causes of failure.
Collects testing data in a GDP/data integrity manner in compliance with applicable SOPs and standards. Enters data into logbooks or computer databases. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of quality inspections and test results.
Work in group (team) environment and independently, on specific tasks and multi-tasks as needed.
Audits batch records to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
Recommends and implements revisions, corrections and changes to test equipment, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions, procedures, and methods.
Compiles data to identify trends and proposes corrective action. Initiates and coordinates discussions with quality, engineering, and other relevant departments to develop corrective actions for reoccurring problems.

Requirements:
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work with MS Office Products.
Strong attention to detail, quality-oriented mindset, service oriented, collaborates in a team environment
Excellent written, oral communication, organization and computer skills required.
Light Lifting/Carrying is required (0-15 lbs)
