Responsibilities
Responsible for strategic planning for the logistics and supply chain function of e-Commerce business.
Shape business decisions, including selection of the most suitable logistics and supply chain model, and identification of critical logistics assets.
Conduct in-depth industry research.
Identify opportunities along the value chain and provide insights and recommendation for mid-term and long-term strategy.
Set target expectations and actively manage diagnostics of the logistics and supply chain practice.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and drive strategies and critical initiatives to grow the business.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Administration, Management (any), or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Designing mid-long-term strategy either as an external consultant or in-house analyst for a company;
Conducting diagnostics for company's performance either as an external consultant or in-house analyst;
Designing and planning e-commerce fulfillment system;
Conducting e-commerce fulfillment system solution design for international order fulfillment, international and domestic logistics, international warehousing, and custom clearings;
Integrating e-commerce fulfillment system with international supply chain and logistics service providers; and
Designing one of the following: (1) Inventory and demand management; (2) logistics performance management; (3) Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP); (4) capacity planning; (5) replenishment planning; (6) warehousing planning; or (7) warehousing and distribution network.

Salary Range: $117936 - $191330 per year

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $117936 - $191330 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted
