Join our team and help us make an even bigger contribution to Grünenthal’s future.</p> <p> </p> <p>What the job looks like<br/> Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:</p> <ul> <li>Being part of the operational excellence team, you will help to build on the trainings portfolio for all GO organization</li> <li>Meet with competency owners and define timelines for content creation </li> <li>Create E-learning modules in the Articulate 360 software</li> <li>Coordinate with E&amp;T people for training plan assignment based on the strategy </li> <li>Support the training plan execution in all GO </li> <li>Participate in the design of the future rollout of the global project to all GO departments</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What you'll bring to the table<br/> To make the most out of this role and truly thrive, you should have:</p> <ul> <li>Enrolled in a Master Degree program</li> <li>An interest in the development and training of our employees</li> <li>Strong communication skills and assertiveness</li> <li>An interest to develop creative media (video, presentation)</li> <li>Empathy and the ability to build good interpersonal relationships to interact at different levels, from production to management, from all GO department</li> <li>Team spirit and willingness to work in an international, multicultural and interdisciplinary environment</li> <li>Good English language skills is mandatory (German, Italian, Spanish is a plus)<br/>  </li> </ul> <p>  </p>
