Job Description

You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...

• Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) in accordance with US-GAAP and local legislation.
• Responsibility for the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Providing strategic financial leadership and guidance to the CEO and senior management team.
• Leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Overseeing internal and external audits.
• Communicating financial performance and key insights clearly and concisely to non-financial audiences.
• Establishing and maintaining SOX compliance processes.
• Developing and maintaining financial dashboards for all departments to monitor success.

Qualifications

To connect with ecosio it is important to have…

• Experience with US GAAP accounting standards and SOX compliance framework
• Experience with implementation of compliance frameworks, ideally at a public company
• Experience with cooperation & coordination with large finance organizations - you will work with our parent company Vertex

And nice to have…

• German language skills
• Experience with Austrian and German Tax law

The minimum salary for this position is 100 000€ / year, your actual salary can be higher and will depend on your experience, skills and location.
