Join us as we continue to develop ways of bringing peace of mind to customers, health to their companions, and much-needed change to the way people feed and care for their pets.</p> <p>#LongLiveDogs</p> <h2><strong>What We Stand For and Where You’ll Come In</strong></h2> <p>The Senior Finance Manager, Innovation &amp; Product Development will own the financial rigor behind TFD's product development pipeline, serving as the primary finance partner to our Innovation and Product Development function. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution – building the business cases, proforma P&amp;Ls views, and margin analyses that inform which products we develop and how we bring them to market. You will be a key stakeholder in stage gate decisions, translating complex product development workstreams into clear financial narratives that shape how we evaluate innovation projects.</p> <p>This role will need to evaluate new product concepts across multiple channels, product formats, and go-to-market strategies – bringing financial discipline to an increasingly dynamic portfolio.
