EquipmentShare is searching for a Kitting Associate to help support our Telematics Warehouse Operations team in Kansas City, KS.
EquipmentShare seeks a Kitting Associate to join our team full time, who will be responsible for assembling and preparing kits according to customer specifications, for producing subassemblies in support of kitting needs, and for the preparation and packaging of products for distribution. As a Kitting Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities
- Be familiar with products and their application
- Review and interpret work orders and pick lists to assemble kits and assemblies
- Accurately count and package items for shipment
- Operate inventory and packaging equipment, including label printers, scan guns and shrink wrappers
- Maintain inventory accuracy by utilizing the company’s inventory management system
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety standards
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Work Experience and Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret instructions and work orders
- A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment required
- Experience with an inventory management system preferred
- Experience with PC and PC applications
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on some occasions, stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours (with breaks), and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, including the
