What will you be doing?

The Maintenance and Production Technician is responsible for maintaining continuous production in in the manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for identifying and troubleshooting basic problems using predefined guides for serviceable equipment. The Maintenance and Production Technician is also responsible for all the regular preventative maintenance tasks for production equipment

What we’re looking for in you:

• 3-5 years' experience and a proven track record in working with mechanical, pneumatic and electric systems.

• Experience to meet responsibilities with minimal detailed supervision.
• Be a self-starter, organized and dedicated, with good record keeping skills.
• Must have good written and oral communication skills. Must have the ability to accept and cope with restrictive time frames and unpredictable situations.
• Skill to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, management, and customers.

• Ability to use basic MS Office applications, and computer-based PM tracking software. Must be familiar with internet research and the use of e-mail.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee regularly is required to sit and use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

This exciting role is based out of the friendly and vibrant town of Natick, MA

There is no travel expected for this role.

Hours:
First shift: 6 a.m.-2:30 p.m. with potential over time work available
