Job Description

Minimum required Education:
High School Diploma, Vocational Education/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent.

Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Order Management, Logistics, Process Improvement, Business Administration or equivalent OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.

Job title:

As an Order Management Specialist you will have the opportunity to coordinate the entire order delivery process placed by DACH Markets through pro-active collaboration with other Supply Chain functions such as Customer Project Manager but also Catalogue Management, Finance, Planning, Shipping, Sales and others.

Your challenge is to balance the requirements of ensuring a seamless order flow while providing a result-driven and proactive customer experience.

Your role:

• Management of sales orders
• Process order activities in SAP and other supporting applications.
• Track and trace open orders in Appian + the role of Appian KU
• Process order changes due to Customer or Factory requests. 
• Maintain good communication with stakeholders.
• Provide excellent customer service for our customers
• Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner
• Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines.

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor degree or vocational (MBO) degree with relevant work experience
• 2-5 years experiences within Order Management (would be an advantage).
• Knowledge of Logistics / supply chain.
• Very Good level English written and spoken
• Knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems (would be an advantage).
• Strong customer service orientation and problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills (to factories and customers).
• Cultural awareness and pro-active behavior.
