Do you have experience in a sales support or sales operations position in the European market, and do you have an outstanding analytical attitude and an eye for detail?  

Then you could be the missing puzzle piece in our Growth team! We are looking for a sales support expert (f/m/x) who is passionate about the energy transition and everything related to it. Together with your colleagues from sales support and sales, you will help guide the sales process by: continuously improving our sales related data and reports, monitor and steer our sales pipeline in Hubspot, and you research, build, and nurture leads to develop into qualified deals. 

as part of our handpicked team of experts, you   

• support sales by monitoring and improving our CRM (Hubspot) data, sales processes, and building sales related reports, 

• support sales management in reporting and maintaining pipeline quality to ensure the success of the company, 

• Actively research and reach out to potential clients through different channels, databases, and outreach tools, focusing on our most important markets in Europe, 

• ensure the sustainable generation of leads to provide the foundation for a steadily growing sales pipeline, 

• contribute to marketing and sales campaigns, and

• Qualify leads and schedule customer meetings and demos for our sales team.

Requirements

how you fit into the team  

you want to participate in the transition to clean energy and

• have at least 2 years of experience in: sales support, sales operations, sales reporting, or similar positions, 

• understand each step of the lead generation process,

• fluently speak English (German knowledge is beneficial),  

• know your way around Hub-Spot, and other analytical tools, 

• are interested in the power industry, power trading, and artificial intelligence,   

• have a detail-oriented, pro-active and structured way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality, and

• are a curious person who likes to problem.
