Starting Pay Range – $44,000– $55,000 per year (based on experience)

Location: Columbus, OH (Retail Store)
Schedule: Retail schedule with evenings/weekends as business needs

What You’ll Do

Lead daily store operations to meet sales, budget, and performance goals

Hire, train, coach, and develop assistant managers, supervisors, and associates

Use sales data, schedules, and budgets to make smart, timely decisions

Keep the sales floor full, organized, and inviting through strong merchandising

Create a safe, respectful, and accountable store environment


What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of retail experience, leading a retail team and managing store operations

Comfort owning results, tracking KPIs, and adjusting plans when needed

A steady, fair leadership style that builds trust and accountability

Strong communication and basic computer skills (email, reports, scheduling)

Ability to work in a fastpaced retail setting and lift up to 30 lbs. regularly

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
