Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Defines and executes the product vision and roadmap for internal finance analytics tools, aligning with Sears KAIros strategic goals
• Prioritizes product features and delivery schedules, balancing innovation with measurable business impact
• Partners with finance, data engineering, and AI innovation teams to understand requirements, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities
• Represents internal stakeholders by translating their needs into actionable features and intuitive product designs
• Ensures seamless integration of various data sources and systems, unifying complex datasets to maintain a single source of truth
• Collaborates with engineering teams to guarantee data accuracy, integrity, and reliability across all analytics platforms
• Leads the development of fully custom analytics tools and dashboards, avoiding reliance on off-the-shelf solutions
• Leverages advanced Generative AI technologies to enhance the analytics platform, automate insights, and improve user experience
• Delivers tools and dashboards that drive meaningful insights, empowering teams to make informed, data-driven decisions
• Performs supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing associates

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree
• Over 10 years of related experience
• 18 years of age or older

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 10+ years in product management roles, with at least 5 years in a senior or director-level capacity
• Proven track record of managing technical, data-driven products in complex, enterprise-level environments
• Stays at the forefront of trends in AI, analytics, and data-driven product management to continuously enhance platform capabilities
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, APIs, and integration across disparate systems
• Demonstrated experience applying Generative AI to analytics products
• Exceptional ability to influence cross-functional teams and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven success in delivering impactful analytics products within scope and deadlines
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities with the capability to develop intuitive solutions for complex challenges
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data engineering tools

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Background in finance or experience working closely with finance teams
• Experience building bespoke financial dashboards or analytics platforms
