About the Position:

We are seeking a motivated Corporate Development Intern to join our team over the summer. The Corporate Development team plays a pivotal role in driving Cologix’s strategic growth initiatives, including strategic acquisitions, partnerships, and organic investments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in real estate, strategic planning, and financial analysis. The intern will work closely with our VP of Corporate Development, gaining valuable insights and practical skills in the fast-paced data center industry. The internship will run for up to 12 weeks, up to 20-40 hours a week, commencing on or around June 10th, and concluding by August 30th.

What you do daily:

  • Strategic Investments: The intern will support the corporate development team with potential investment opportunities by conducting industry research, investment analyses, and due diligence
  • Market and Industry Analysis: Assist with market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats
  • Financial Modeling: Develop financial models and strategies that support in decision making
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Work on various ad-hoc projects related to support the team’s and executive’s initiatives
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams across finance, operations, sales and other departments to drive initiatives and projects forward
  • Continuous Improvement: Research and help implement strategies that improve operational efficiency

Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.

Salary Range$23$23 USD
