Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Successful sellers are at the core of the Marketplace business. As a Manager, Program Management – Seller Success Playbooks you will build and execute product adoption playbooks that accelerate our sellers’ businesses. You will independently, or in partnership with the Analytics function, analyze seller performance and develop data-driven insights to improve that performance. You will translate your insights into go-to-market (GTM) strategies and playbooks then work cross-functionally to execute them. You will further leverage data and analytics to validate the effectiveness of the playbooks and update them as guided by the data.

You will make an impact by: 

  • Building Seller Success Playbooks: Isolate and document data-based insights and seller-facing GTM tactics in PowerPoint presentations and/or white-papers.
  • Executing Playbooks: Independently execute playbooks and adjacent strategic initiatives. Form and manage cross-functional teams, set program timelines and goals, and drive accountability across team members.
  • Identifying Ways to Improve GTM Activities: evaluate the effectiveness of GTM activities and drive thought-leadership on how to improve them.
  • Building Executive Decks and Materials: summarize detailed seller success playbooks into digestible executive presentations. Routinely build decks summarizing recent performance and share findings with executive audiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance or relevant field and 2 years’ experience in program management, business strategy, product strategy or related area OR 4 years’ experience in program management, strategy, product strategy or related area.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Retail and/or marketplace experience
  • Management consulting experience
  • Experience manipulating data, generating insights from analyses, and communicating findings to executive audiences
  • MBA degree

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
