Automotive Service Advisor

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Automotive Service Advisors to join our team at Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! We offer a base salary of $100K per year for the first 6 months. After that, you’ll transition to our competitive full-commission pay structure.

Must be able to provide metrics on:

• CP Hours per RO
• CPRO Gross
• CPELR
• CSI

Experience required – CDJR experience is preferred, but we welcome advisors with strong performance backgrounds from any manufacturer.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service drive
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Listen attentively to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle service needs
• Determine and recommend necessary maintenance based on age, mileage and history of the vehicle.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle repairs and address any questions or concerns they may have
• Comfortably and clearly explain all completed work and charges to the customer
• Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of service orders
• Collaborate closely with service technicians, parts department, and other dealership personnel to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Dealership Service Advisor experience
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (3 yr min)
