Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse at Restore, you’ll deliver high-quality medical services and therapies, educate clients on their wellness journey, and collaborate with the studio team to drive both medical and business success. You will play a critical role in ensuring client safety, delivering excellent outcomes, and supporting the studio’s overall growth.
Location: 73567 Hwy 111, Suite G1 Palm Desert, CA 92260

Reports To: Lead Nurse/
Job Type: Full time (35-40hr/wk)
Compensation: $50/hr + opportunity for monthly bonus
Schedule: M-F 9:30am-5:30pm
Key Responsibilities
Medical Expertise & Client Care
● Administer IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and other medical services with accuracy and professionalism.● Establish positive rapport with clients and create a safe, welcoming environment.● Provide individualized client education on therapies, benefits, and best practices.
Studio Collaboration
● Work autonomously while collaborating with the studio team to achieve shared goals.● Support membership plans by recommending services aligned with client needs.● Assist with off-site nursing events and community outreach programs.
Compliance & Safety
● Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in client EMRs.● Ensure compliance with all medical, safety, and regulatory standards.● Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant studio environment.
Qualifications
● Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.● Licensure: Active RN license in the applicable state.● Certifications: Current BLS certification.● Experience: Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).● Experience: Minimum 1 year administering high-volume IVs/injections.● Passionate about delivering excellent patient care.● Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.● Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day.● Customer service-oriented with the ability to work independently.
