Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Experience presenting to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders, achieving approval, and securing strategic partnerships through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA
• 10 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or related roles, preferably in the technology sector.
• Proven track record of initiating, negotiating, and closing high-value and complex partnerships with leading organizations and brands
• Consistently exceed targets while leading and collaborating on cross-functional projects, demonstrating self-motivation and teamwork skills.

Job Summary

As the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnership, you'll develop and execute the company’s partnership strategy, build and maintain key partner relationships and drive revenue growth through innovative collaborations. This role requires expertise in technical and financial analysis, business case development and the execution and integration of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and develop an integration team of partnership professionals
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, including financial institutions, startups, multinationals, industry leaders, influencers, media and other stakeholders
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate and implement strategic partnerships aligned with company goals, managing the entire partnership lifecycle from ideation to execution and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, engineering, legal and digital product management) for successful partnership integration and alignment with organizational goals
• Analyze partnership performance and impact, using data-driven insights to optimize outcomes and report on initiatives to senior management and stakeholders
• Source and evaluate partnership opportunities in alignment with impact and financial OKRs, conducting thorough due diligence on potential partners and investment opportunities
• Lead negotiations and partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms
• Monitor and report on partnership initiatives, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Assess and communicate environmental and social outcomes of investments in collaboration with the marketing team
• Drive trends and changes in the broader design, technology, business and regulatory landscapes, utilizing extensive knowledge of modern software development practices and concepts, such as product scalability
