Salesforce Trainer

DeMayo Law Offices is seeking an experienced Salesforce Trainer to join our firm. This role will support the development of our Litify (Salesforce managed package) training program and continuing education solutions for our employees. This is a key role that will ensure our employees receive the educational resources, support, and training needed to successfully navigate and utilize Litify as a core part of their day-to-day. 

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive functional and technical understanding of the core solutions offered by Litify, along with a training program for internal employees
• Develop and maintain onboarding and certification programs for internal employees
• Assist with design of engaging learning experiences through a variety of training methods such as: live instruction, eLearning, infographics, reference materials, and videos that enhance our employee’s skills, knowledge, and performance
• Assume responsibility for related duties and special projects as required or assigned, and perform miscellaneous clerical and administrative tasks
• Own the Litify resources in our Learning Management System (LMS) 
• Document processes or policies as needed to establish consistent use of LMS 
• Maintain and update training records, including current employee names and information in LMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 3 years in a similar training role, including experience in Litify/SalesForce training
• Demonstrated technical aptitude with Salesforce and in a Salesforce managed package like Litify for law firms
• Experience creating employee-facing technical documentation, and delivering training to internal employees
• Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication with experience making presentations to major stakeholders
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite, including OneDrive and SharePoint
• Experience with administration of Learning Management Systems (Paylocity), and virtual training platforms (Zoom)
• Experience supporting the development of blended learning solutions including traditional classroom methods (computer or web-based training, training videos, digital media, etc.)
