Summary of Job Duties:

The College of Engineering Project Manager reports to the College of Engineering Facilities Manager and provides essential support in managing project planning, execution, and safety compliance within the university. The position will be responsible for assisting the College of Engineering (COE) facilities team oversee eight COE research and academic buildings and associated grounds. This role assists in coordinating cross-functional teams including building occupants, campus Facilities Management, and contractors while managing building projects. This role also provides support to the COE facilities team for maintaining security systems and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).

This position is weather essential and may require occasional travel to different university locations or off-campus sites.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
