THE JOB:

As a Guest Services Representative, you will assist customers with telephone calls related to dispatch services while delivering the highest level of customer service and courtesy, this includes partnering with several departments in handling guest requests and ensuring a resolution. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY: $16.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Quickly and efficiently handling all incoming and outgoing calls in a courteous and enthusiastic manner.
• Accurately enter service requests for various departments, including housekeeping, front desk, bell service, limo, facilities, and room service.
• Dispatch services for guest requests related to luggage assistance; room service orders; housekeeping amenities; wake-up calls; check-outs; early arrivals and late departures; messages; and other special services requested by guests or administrative personnel.

 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality or service.
• Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing, with a friendly and professional tone.
• Pays close attention to details, ensuring accuracy in data entry and handling guest requests with precision.
• Works well with others, effectively coordinating with different departments to meet guest needs.
• Thinks quickly and effectively to resolve guest issues, ensuring satisfaction.
