What You’ll Do

As a Slot Shift Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our slot operations during your shift. You’ll lead with energy, uphold our Family Style Service values, and ensure every guest feels like part of the Tropicana family.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily slot operations with precision and positivity
• Ensure all service areas sparkle and meet top-tier cleanliness standards
• Provide expert guidance on slot machine functions, layouts, and troubleshooting
• Maintain security of games, funds, and team members
• Monitor compliance with company policies and gaming regulations
• Deliver coaching, feedback, and disciplinary actions when needed
• Foster a team culture rooted in respect, support, and shared success

Who You Are

You’re a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and a knack for slot operations. You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to keep the energy high while keeping standards even higher.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in casino slot operations or equivalent training
• Ability to maintain applicable gaming licenses and cards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction
