Manufacturing Operations Co-Op - Fall 2025

The Role:
Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a/an Manufacturing Operations Co-Op to join our team for the Fall 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

Through an industrial engineering and process lens, this role will be all about digging into our processes and driving productivity, quality, scrap reduction, and many other deliverables.

What You’ll Do:
• Participate in day-to-day operations (i.e. tier boards, escalations)
• Manage projects
• Work cross-functionally
• Develop and implement process improvements
• Analyze data
• Directly impact key performance indicators (KPIs)

What We Seek:
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing, operations, engineering, or quality environment
• Excel proficiency

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:
• Industrial engineering, Manufacturing operations, Process engineering, Mechanical engineering
• Graduating in December 2025 or in 2026

Eligibility:
• Must be a currently enrolled student
• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in July through December
• Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program

• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work and function within a manufacturing environment.

• Compensation: $20-$30/hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
