Project Manager

Area(s) of responsibility

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 plus years of IT project management experience supporting application development and data integration initiatives.
• Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage mid‑sized to large IT projects.
• Experience within commercial insurance or financial services environments preferred.
• Proven experience delivering projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with project and portfolio management tools such as MS Project, Planview, and SharePoint.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technology deliverables.
• Broad understanding of enterprise IT systems and integration patterns.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree B.A. B.S. degree or equivalent relevant work experience.  
• Project Management Professional PMP certification preferred but not required.  
• CPCU designation or advanced degree is a plus.
