🎰 Field Service Technician – Keep the Game Running! 📍Eastern WA area (Spokane & Moses Lake) 

Are you hands-on, tech-savvy, and ready to work where the action happens? Join IGT/Everi as a Field Service Technician and help power the casino experience from behind the scenes!

You’ll be the go-to problem solver across several local properties—servicing ATMs, kiosks, slot machines, and more. From installations to maintenance and troubleshooting, your work keeps the fun flowing.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Deliver top-tier customer service while supporting Everi’s products on-site at casinos
• Install, upgrade, and repair gaming and financial equipment
• Run diagnostics and resolve issues in the field
• Keep devices operating smoothly with proactive check-ins and maintenance
• Work both independently and as part of a supportive field team

Skills & Qualifications for the Job:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License (Everi helps with the application)
• Availability for on-call shifts, including possible OT, weekends, evenings, and holidays
• A self-starter mindset—comfortable working solo after training, but collaborative when needed
• Basic Excel skills for paperwork and reports
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs

• Experience with hardware, networks, or troubleshooting technical equipment
• A passion for learning new systems and tech on the go

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $30-$32/per hour and is overtime eligible.
