Sr Service Product Manager

The Sr Service Product Manager drives the development of product definition and solution plans to optimize the company’s products and services portfolio. Applies broad knowledge of the company’s product/service capabilities and competitive environment to identify new growth areas, new technology, and emerging product/service opportunities.

Oversees the analysis and evaluation of key market statistics and customer requirements to define product strategies and identify product opportunities to expand market share. Evaluate in-depth market analysis and lead business case for optimization of existing products/solutions alternatives and/or to create the next generation of new products. Collaborates with research and development to create products and validate early product definitions.

Working at NTT

In this position you will be required to:

• Engage with and offer support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure the product requirements meets required goals.

• Analyse product data to establish trends and insights using internal and external sources.

•  Facilitate the conversion of knowledge and ideas into new or improved products, processes and services.

• Work closely with product vendors, delivery teams.

• Define product specifications and feature roadmaps for new product offerings: Private Wireless Networks, Edge Computing that will competitively position NTT offerings in the market.

• Establish product development and new product introduction framework with external OEM partners and NTT technology delivery organizations globally.

• Manage product roadmap and commitments to delivery date with OEM partners and NTT Delivery teams.

• Own the Network Offering product life cycle end to end, regular assessment of NTT offering and marketing positioning to expand market share and sales growth.

• Experience in driving solutions in strategic verticals – Manufacturing, Logistics, healthcare, with aim to develop user requirements for NTT product offerings.

• Develop sales tools, sell to guides, and training.

• Representative for customer meetings, and Analyst meetings as Industry expert

General Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

• Proven technical expertise and extensive industry experience.

• Comprehensive knowledge of product management and service development life cycles.

• Experience in IT operations and Network service development. Experience with OSS and BSS platforms.

• Experience in networking in general and wireless solutions (wifi, LAN, LTE, 5G).

• Strong relationship management and demonstrated collaborative skills in working with internal and external business leaders and stakeholders

• Exhibit growing knowledge and passion for private 5G and Edge Computing.

• Good client relationship building and engagement skills

• Ability to persuade, negotiate and influence key stakeholders

• A go-getter with the ability to work in high-pressure situations.

• Good conceptual insight and ability to think strategically

• Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business.

• Able to work well in teams.

• Ability to manage assigned work processes.

• Ability to manage urgent and complex tasks simultaneously.

Education and Work Experience Required"

• Engineering or IT Degree

• 5+ years in wireless networking (LTE and 5G)

• 10+ years in Product Development
