9002 Senior Systems Administrator

Required:

Active secret clearance required

6+ years of Systems Administrator experience

Hands on experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and VMWare

Experience administering Oracle and/or Postgres Databases

Experience administering Oracle Weblogic and/or Apache Tomcat webservers

Experience with Virtual Machine configuration. Maintenance, upgrades

Experience with Configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of hardware desktops, SANs, servers.

Strong experience with Systems Administration of Windows 10 or 11

Experience with network router and switch configurations

Experience writing scripts to automate tasks.

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred:

Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)

Microsoft Certified: Azure Foundations

VMware VCP

Experience maintaining Solaris systems.

Experience with PKI certificate generation, installation, maintenance

DUTIES:

The ideal candidate will have a broad background as a Systems Administrator

We are looking for a candidate with a strong Linux systems administration background.

We maintain a lab environment where we host both mirrored versions of operational mission systems and offer a testbed to evaluate engineering drops and candidate deliveries from developers to evaluate these upgrades as they proceed on the path to formal acceptance and operational deployment.

The team needs to be adept at troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, and working with the developers and support teams to solve problems, while meeting the customer’s priorities and schedules.
