Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 4) to join the 777 Compliance BPS team based out of Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities:
- Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes, and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers.
- Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
- Analyzes and interprets data.
- Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
- Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.
- Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.
- Works under minimal direction.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis.
- 5+ years of experience communicating effectively with multiple levels of an organization.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Basic understanding of the One Boeing Production System (BPS) standards.
- 3+ years working with the Boeing Problem Solving Model.
- 3+ years in a formal or informal leadership position that required developing, coaching and training team members.
- 5+ years working in a production environment.
- Experience and proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and templates.
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.)
