Medical Records Assistant

VCA SouthPaws is looking to add a hard-working and detail-oriented Medical Records Assistant to our team of veterinary professionals. We currently have a full-time opening with a schedule of Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Ensuring that medical records are organized 

• Scanning medical files and adding to patient profiles 

• Creating digital copies of paperwork and storing the records electronically 

• Transferring data into the facility’s main system database (WOOFware) 

• Implementing systems to increase efficiency throughout the hospital 

 

Our starting salary is $20.00/hour. 

 

Veterinary experience helpful, but not required!
