Full-time three 12hr. Day shifts per week and every third weekend.

Pay Range

$34.90 - $52.35

Position Highlights:  

• New Grad RN- RN Residency
• Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 sign-on bonus eligible position for qualified candidates!   
• Department:  Surgical Oncology 
• Location:  Comprehensive Cancer Center, Winston Salem Campus  
• Shift Schedule:  Full time, Days, 7am – 7pm, 3rd weekend rotation 
• Residency Program: New Graduate RNs at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist receive supportive training led by dedicated nurse educators, including clinical orientation, specialty-specific learning, and skill-building in clinical decision-making, teamwork, communication, and career development. 
• Surgical Oncology: This unit has 40 beds and provides care for a range of surgeries, including both cancer-related and non-cancer procedures. It covers various surgical services such as OR, tracheostomies, chest tubes, drains, ENT, and thoracic surgeries.

What You’ll Need:  

• New Grad- Less than 1 year RN experience
• Graduation from accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.  
• Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina Board of Nursing  
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required   
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines   
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines
