Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will be essential for handling complex member transactions efficiently.

Essential Functions:

• Provide a warm, inclusive environment by greeting each member and welcoming them to PDCU.
• Process transactions for members accurately and quickly while meeting regulatory compliance requirements.
• Answer basic and complex inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges, and account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and consumer privacy policies.
• Identify how to make financial services more convenient for members by finding the right solutions for members and recommending additional products and services and special promotions.

Job Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Experience as a Member Service Rep/Teller in a full service financial institution is required.
