We are building a dynamic team tasked with advancing essential components of our platform to meet the evolving needs of the industry.</p> <p> </p> <p>As the Team Lead, you will guide this critical team, taking ownership of key areas such as:</p> <ul> <li>Set the engineering direction of our product and components, collaborating across teams to improve our application’s overall architecture and our users experience;</li> <li>Champion simplicity and performance: You'll have a keen eye for identifying areas where our services can be simpler and more performant. Be the one to propose and discuss solutions that elevate the user experience and overall efficiency.</li> <li>Propose approaches that would guarantee we never fail in an unexpected or undefined way</li> <li>Go all-in on cloud infrastructure while increasing data security and privacy for our customers</li> <li>The breakdown of duties are: 30% team management 30% project management 30% developing (technical), and last 10% other duties</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h1>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:</h1> <p>We’re seeking an experienced Team Lead to drive our enabling team with technical expertise and strong leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Technical Skills</strong>:</li> <ul> <li>Proficiency developing complex cloud products focused on B2B.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>Python (Django, Flask, FastApi)</strong> and <strong>TypeScript (Angular, Vue, Node)</strong>.</li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>Docker</strong>, <strong>Kubernetes</strong>, and <strong>ArgoCD</strong>.</li> <li>Experience using <strong>Sentry</strong>, <strong>Grafana</strong>, <strong>ELK stack</strong>, or <strong>similar</strong> for monitoring.</li> <li>Strong Project management skills</li> </ul> <li><strong>Leadership &amp; Soft Skills</strong>:</li> <ul> <li>Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team while delivering complex projects.</li> <li>Strong communication to align stakeholders and articulate technical concepts.</li> <li>Proactive problem-solving, strategic thinking, and adaptability.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Experience</
