Primary location based in Holmdel, NJ. Travel is expected to be approximately 25% or higher based on executive support and business needs.
This role requires flexibility to support off-hours, weekends, and critical executive events such as Board of Directors meetings, scheduled and impromptu leadership sessions.

Digital Workplace, Executive Support and Audiovisual AV Support Engineer
The position combines hands-on executive support with site ownership, ensuring a consistent, high-quality workplace technology experience across locations. The individual will act as a trusted partner to business leadership, owning the end-to-end support experience, driving service performance, and ensuring seamless execution during high-visibility and time-sensitive situations.
This role requires strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to operate calmly under pressure while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.
This role supports senior leaders and enterprise meetings where reliability, security, professionalism, and discretion are essential.
You Will:
Executive and End User Support
Provide high touch technology support for senior executives, including devices, collaboration tools, and audiovisual environments. Act as an escalation point for complex or high impact executive support issues. Support leadership meetings, town halls, and enterprise events, including live troubleshooting during sessions when needed.
End User Computing and Device Management
Support and troubleshoot Windows endpoints and virtual desktop solutions, including Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, AWS Workspaces, and traditional VDI platforms. Maintain hands on working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Windows Autopilot. Manage executive device lifecycle activities such as provisioning, ongoing maintenance, refresh, and retirement.
Audiovisual and Collaboration Support
Provide on site and remote support for executive conference rooms, meeting spaces, and hybrid work environments. Support Microsoft Teams Rooms and associated audiovisual hardware, including cameras, microphones, displays, and room control systems. Partner with Facilities, vendors, and event stakeholders to ensure meetings are properly prepared and executed.
Security and Compliance
Ensure executive support practices align with Guardian policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Work closely with Security and Infrastructure teams to maintain secure configurations and protect sensitive executive data. Handle business critical and executive issues with appropriate confidentiality and professionalism.
Innovation, Automation, and AI
Maintain a working understanding of AI and GenAI technologies relevant to digital workplace operations. Identify opportunities to improve user experience through automation and process improvement. Support the adoption of modern tools and capabilities aligned with Guardian’s Digital Workplace strategy.
Collaboration and Vendor Management
Collaborate with cross functional partners including Security, Infrastructure, HR, Real Estate, and business teams. Manage relationships with AV and technology vendors and contribute to evaluations of new solutions. Document standards, procedures, and operational practices as needed.
You Are:
This role requires a self starter who is highly accountable and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. The individual must be able to operate effectively in fast paced, high visibility environments and make sound decisions under pressure. Strong troubleshooting skills, clear communication, and comfort interacting with senior leadership are essential. The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail is required.
Experience working within executive or VIP support models. Background in incident and escalation management in enterprise IT environments. Experience developing operational documentation and runbooks. Prior experience mentoring support staff or serving as a senior technical lead. Proactive planning and readiness support for executive meetings and events.
You Have:
Ten or more years of IT experience with at least five years focused on digital workplace, end user computing, or executive support. Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or other high visibility business users.
