Accounts Receivable Representative *Remote*

Accounts Receivable Representative Remote  Candidates residing in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California or Texas are encouraged to apply. 

This position is responsible for the timely and accurate billing and collections of payments from insurance carriers, agencies and others for services provided by Providence Senior and Community Services and Home and Community Services which could include the following service lines of Skilled Nursing Facility/Sub-Acute/LTACH.  This role works independently interacting directly with operational and senior leaders of the ministries.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of recent experience in a healthcare environment with an emphasis on reimbursement and collections.
• Experience with insurance contracts and/or Medicare/Medicaid Regulations.

Preferred Qualification:

• College level courses in medical front office/medical billing.
• Epic experience.
• Candidate will need to be skilled with Medicare and CMS regulations. 
• Prior experience with SNF, Sub-Acute or LTACH Billing and Reimbursement
