REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE:

The candidate shall have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience:

• Demonstrated experience developing rapport with partners, stakeholders and engineering customers at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in systems and complex project integration across the development and operational deployment landscape.
• Demonstrated experience working independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously and adjusting to changing priorities.
• Demonstrated experience participating in technical team meetings communicating tasks being worked on, impediments, and priorities.
• Demonstrated experience working with specialized corporate and business applications like SharePoint, One Travel, Central Travel, EARRS, as well as standard application suites to include Microsoft Office, Outlook, Skype and Project.
• Demonstrated experience working with information security practices and IT security guidelines.
• Demonstrated experience with knowledge management tools, techniques, and practices.

HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS AND DEMOSTRATED EXPERIENCE:

Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:

• Demonstrated experience supporting agile project management methodologies throughout the complete project lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience of the project management processes, procedures and tools.
• Demonstrated experience communicating critical details effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated experience developing a project plan and workflow based on a project management model.
• Demonstrated experience in Sponsor specific enterprise solution systems.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: BA/BS in Information Technology or related field
• Experience: 8+ years
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Location: McLean, VA - On Customer Site
• US Citizenship Required
• Hours: Core Hours 9am-3pm, M-F

The likely salary range for this position is $107,174 - $144,999. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
