What are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advertising Account Manager (web) who will play a pivotal role in the management of advertising and media accounts. This position is responsible for maintaining client relationships by managing the day-to-day operations of their advertising campaigns. The primary goal is to ensure the effective delivery of advertising services that meet client expectations, drive client satisfaction, and achieve performance targets.

What will you be doing?

• .Oversee and manage the creation, implementation, maintenance, and performance of advertising campaigns across various formats, including adjustments to campaign settings and traffic routing.
• Hands-on manage advertising media updates and maintenance, such as banner ads and similar display ad media.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding all account management matters, maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Monitor ad spending, manage budgets, and ensure campaigns are kept within agreed financial parameters.
• Track campaign performance using key metrics, prepare regular reports for clients, and conduct internal performance reviews.
• Manage traffic sources and methods to maximize campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
• Provide detailed financial reporting to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

What will you bring along?

• At least 3 years of experience as an Advertising Account Manager or in a similar role, hands-on managing multiple advertising campaigns and multiple accounts.
• Expert understanding of web advertising concepts, media formats, and related know-how.
• Familiarity with digital advertising delivery systems and proficient use of analytics and traffic management/tracking platforms such as Voluum.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels.
• Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering strong client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to anticipate and manage challenges effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on precision.
