Summary of Job Duties:

The Senior Director for the Office of Student Accountability reports to the Director for the Office of Student Accountability and is situated within the Division of Student Affairs. The Senior Associate Director is responsible for significant administrative oversight of student accountability investigations and adjudication and the supervision of multiple full-time staff members within the Office of Student Accountability.

The Senior Associate Director is responsible for the supervision of all University hearing officers, investigators, and other staff within the Office of Student Accountability, this includes secondary supervision of the All-University Conduct Board. The Senior Associate Director aids in the overall coordination of student conduct processes, student welfare, and crisis response. This position must remain abreast of relevant laws and policies affecting student conduct and make recommendations for revisions regarding student conduct policies and procedures. They are responsible for providing advocacy to help students in navigating campus policies, procedures, and new or complex situations that would otherwise adversely impact student success and experience.
