We’re looking for a Tablet Filling Line (TFL) Operator to join our Primary Production team at Praxis Packaging. If you have experience in machine shops, manufacturing, or working with technical equipment - and like working where precision and process matter - you might be the right fit.

Responsibilities
What You'll Actually Do:
Run complex packaging lines - not just monitor them
Make machine adjustments on the fly for quality and efficiency
Complete and review critical production documents with accuracy
Keep materials stocked and line operations steady
Coordinate cleans and ensure line clearance procedures are followed
Work hands-on with equipment and troubleshoot mechanical hiccups

This isn’t passive work. You’ll be moving, thinking, checking, adjusting, cleaning, troubleshooting - and doing it all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications
Skills and Experience You Bring:
1-3 years of experience working in fast-paced, detail-driven environments (machine operation, manufacturing, CNC, or tool & die a plus)
Comfort using tools, adjusting equipment, and managing your own workflow
Ability to read, follow, and complete technical instructions and documentation
A problem-solving mindset and a steady hand under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to read, understand, and carefully follow written operating and batch record instructions in English.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) carefully and accurately.
