All About the Role:

Majesco is seeking a Sr Lead Systems Engineer who will be responsible for the local Majesco office, global endpoint management, and executive support. This role will have two direct reports and will need to collaborate and mentor other IT team members globally. 

Candidates will need to be located in the local New Jersey area, travel of less than 20% of the time to other Majesco locations.

Responsibilities: 

• 10+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Provide C suite executive support.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work quickly under pressure.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and time scheduling
• Knowledge of collaboration tools, audio visual room systems, and Microsoft Teams Rooms
• Maintain and operate endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, including policies, profiles, and applications.
• Maintain and create new Autopilot profiles for deployment to Windows 11 devices.
• Application and OS patch management for endpoint environment
• Oversee purchasing of equipment for Autopilot OEM registration.
• Create and maintain security policies within the MDM system in line with company security policies.
• Configure and manage device enrollment, compliance policies, and conditional access policies.
• Develop and implement related automation solutions using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
• Build and maintain relationships with support teams. Provide ongoing updates and training.
• Define L1 and L2 troubleshooting steps internal helpdesk.
• Provide level 3 support for Intune-managed devices.
• Collaborate with other engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements, propose solutions, and provide updates on progress.
• Evaluate new Intune features and capabilities and make recommendations for their adoption.
• Monitor and report on endpoint management solution performance and health of enrolled devices.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors.

• Azure AD management including AADJ and conditional access.
• Apple Business Manager
• Windows Autopatch
• Expert in Windows OS architecture
• Advanced skill in Group Policy and Device Configuration Management.
• Good understanding of endpoint management tools.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory
• Experience with Azure AD Connect
• Experience with Conditional Access policies and rules
• Experience with desktop OS deployment, imaging, and patching
• Experience with application packaging, installation, and patching via Intune.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams client policy management
• Experience with Microsoft Teams room and support
• Knowledge of built-in Microsoft desktop technologies, including BitLocker, and Windows Hello for Business.

What Majesco Offers:

Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency.  The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000.
