Responsibilities
Develop risk control matrices to ensure effective risk management across all business functions.
Conduct risk control maturity assessments to evaluate current risk management capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
Provide root cause analysis to help identify and mitigate potential risks.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and benchmarks to identify gaps in risk management practices.
Review and develop policies and procedures to ensure they align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Manage our enterprise risk heatmaps to visualize our risk exposure and allow for more effective risk prioritization and mitigation.
Take a risk-based approach in evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and establish risk assessment framework.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Management, Business Analytics, Accounting or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Management, Business
Analytics, Accounting or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
Evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls in accordance with established risk assessment framework including COSO, CoBIT, or NIST;
Executing the risk-based controls assessments, including identifying the business process, evaluating the risk indicators, understanding the existing controls, identifying process gaps with root cause, and proposing expected controls;
Managing projects including meeting with key business stakeholders, identifying key risks and controls, and identifying areas for process enhancement or improvement (planning, fieldwork, documentation, and/or remediation) to support execution of Internal Controls initiatives;
Documenting the Risk and Control Matrix (RCM), Risk assessment reports, and articulating the identified issues, risks and recommendations to stakeholders and control owners;
Developing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework including the definition of key risk terms, descriptions of roles and responsibilities, and procedures for risk identification, assessment, measurement, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting; and
Evaluating the risk compliance projects with applicable laws, regulations, and enterprise standards for technology, operational, and financial risks.

Salary Range: $80560 - $143423 per year
