• You will work under the guidance and direction of the Security Operations Leader.

• Assist the Security Operations Lead with overall strategic management, defining the program scope and objectives, managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risk.

• Develop project management plans, project documentation, project schedules, and risk management documentation. 

• Define project tasks and resource requirements from various internal stakeholders across multiple sites.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to break down the project into proper phases and clearly identify milestones.

• Track project status, anticipate and identify events that may require contingency plans.

• Ensure project issues are properly identified, documented, communicated, and resolved to stakeholder satisfaction.

• Special projects as assigned

Requires theoretical knowledge typically obtained through University Degree. Limited to some knowledge of RTX organization.

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.Engineering/Other Technical Positions:

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by

local laws/regulations.

The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 118,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
