- Be responsible to achieve business results by delivery of key performance indicator’s to ensure objectives are met.
- Understand all surveillance calls, campaigns and ensure departments respond accordingly
- Ensure continuous adherence to the Quality Operating System and standard Lead BOBM Production System activities
- Support achievement of Production System objectives
- Manage Pre-Delivery Finished Inventory
- Provide real time Quality issue feedback to base departments
- Assure containment of concerns and assess Ok to Ship daily
- Assist with meeting Corporate Standards, achieve timing, meet budget, and adhere to First Time Through capability
- Attend all TM's Daily, Weekly, Bi-weekly meetings per TDM
- Drive Quality related processes and standards across all functions
- Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles
- Develop a teamwork environment for the whole area in effort to achieve goals and objectives
- Represent Ford Motor Company positively internally and within the community
- Motivate teams by leveraging technology and best-in-class manufacturing systems.
- Support teams by removing barriers to their success and developing their knowledge, skills, and abilities.

This position is a leadership level LL6.
This role will start remote and then will be working hybrid out of Marshall, MI, with expectation to be on-Site at Marshall once building construction and timing is established (relocation package available).
It is anticipated within 30 days of selection, you will become a secondee from the Ford Motor Company to BlueOval Battery Park Michigan. A secondee is an employee who will continue to be employed by the Ford Motor Company, however, will work at BlueOval Battery Park Michigan.
